Welcoming Barentz to Minnesota

We are excited to announce that Barentz has successfully completed the acquisition of Pestell Nutrition. Pestell Nutrition and its USA affiliate, Origination, LLC will serve as the foundation of Barentz’ North American Animal Nutrition business unit. In addition, the transaction will allow us to leverage Barentz’ ongoing investments in people and infrastructure across the globe in order to continue delivering the best solutions to our customers.

The Pestell Nutrition and Origination leadership team will continue to actively manage the business on a day-to-day basis, and the business will continue to operate under these names. Please note that this transaction will not affect your existing payment terms or contacts at Pestell Nutrition or Origination. Our physical locations, business/tax identification numbers, banking and contact information will also remain the same. Throughout this transition, we will be focused on ensuring the same high level of service and support that you have come to expect from us. You have been, and remain, a valued and important partner, and we look forward to continuing to build on our relationship together.
